In my experience, the best campaigns are built with purpose and few have meant as much to me as our partnership with F1 ACADEMY

Our newest campaign Forward Together celebrates the networks and communities that help women build and advance their careers across motorsport and technology, creating a platform where more women can find and connect with empowering organisations.

Our TeamViewer Women in Sport Tech report underpins every campaign we’ve built through this partnership. Last year’s Visibility Drives Change campaign inspired by one of the report’s insights featured more than 200 women’s faces on our TeamViewer F1 ACADEMY car as it raced around Circuit Zandvoort, amplifying the visibility of female leaders on one of the world’s biggest sporting stages.

And while visibility still matters, this year I wanted us to shift focus to community, and its role in fostering workplace equality. Our report found that 55% of women are already part of a professional network a reminder that careers rarely move forward on their own. Communities create connection, support, access they’re where people share advice, advocate for you when you’re not in the room, introduce you to someone new, or nudge you to take the next step. That access can accelerate a career.

This October, our F1 ACADEMY car will race around the Formula 1 MSC Cruises United States Grand Prix in Austin carrying the faces of women from four incredible communities: Austin Women in Technology (AWT), Driven By Us Girlstart, and Refresh Miami. Driven by our wildcard driver (keep your eyes peeled for that announcement in October!), these women will be a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we show up for each other.

Alongside the livery, we’ll be welcoming community members to Austin, sharing stories from inspiring women, and filming a very special conversation between Susie Wolff and a young F1 fan. We’ve also built a dedicated hub where you can revisit our previous campaigns, explore the partnership, and dive into the research behind it all.

I’ve been lucky enough to experience the value of strong communities throughout my own career. The people who share their experience, back your ideas, and advocate for you often make more of a difference than they realise. Looking back, many of the opportunities I’ve had began with someone taking the time to lend a hand or share advice and I’m proud to be part of a project that helps more women in sport and tech move forward together, too. 💙
